From pig cheeks to paella!

In case you've been wondering what the members of the Adventurous Eaters' Club of León have been eating lately, here a few pics from this week's offerings at Casablanca. The first is carrillera de cerdo, or pigs cheeks.
Next up was a much more common dish for Spaniards and foreigners alike, paella. For some students, this was their first opportunity to try the seafood and rice dish; but for others, there was no comparing Casablanca's paella to their host mom's!
Did I mention that there was also conejo, or rabbit, on the menu this week! Much to our surprise, not only were several students willing to try it, but they liked it!
